The Swedish Government adopted three distinct marine spatial plans for its territorial waters and Exclusive Economic Zone the 10th of February 2022. You can find the complete plans in English here.

In connection with the decision on the marine spatial plans, the Government has commissioned the Swedish Energy Agency, SwAM and several other national authorities to produce planning evidence for additional areas for offshore wind power. The work will be coordinated by the Swedish Energy Agency. According to the assignment, SwAM will initiate the next planning round to produce new proposals for marine spatial plans.
