Registered Buyers
If you are a registered buyer of first-sale fish, i.e. purchase fishery products from the ocean or one of Sweden’s five largest lakes directly from a vessel or an agent, you are subject to certain rules. All buyers are required to be registered and report their sales notes and take-over declarations electronically to us.
You are also required to be registered to our system for traceability of fisheries and aquaculture products.
Reporting for Registered Buyers
If you buy products from the ocean you can either submit records using our system “Notaklienten” or via the XML-file format. Notaklienten is part of our system for traceability of fisheries and aquaculture products and you need a user account to submit records there.
Once you have registered for an account you can reach notaklienten here.
You can also submit records using the XML-file format. If you choose this method you must obtain a software program adapted for the XML-file format. XML-files must be uploaded to our website. To do this, you need a user account that will allow you to login to our website. A user account is unique to the user thereby allowing multiple accounts per registered buyer.
When your account has been created, you will receive an email containing your username and password.
